Rinse well under running water and dry vegetables and herbs. Cut the cucumbers into thin strips and the tomatoes into cubes. Stir the vegetables in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Chop the cabbage as thin as possible. Sprinkle lightly with salt and rub with your hands to make the cabbage juice.

Add the rest of the ingredients (pepper, spices, dried herbs) and mix everything thoroughly. Let the sauce sit for an hour, after which it will be ready to eat.

Step 5

Spread the pita bread, brush it with garlic sauce, put some cucumbers with tomatoes and cabbage with Korean carrots closer to one edge. Sprinkle vegetables with herbs. Then lay out the meat, pour over the sauce and mix the filling slightly.

Step 6

Roll the pita bread into a roll, bending one end. This is done to prevent the filling from falling out. Put the shawarma on a flat plate and send it literally for forty to sixty seconds in the microwave, or for three to four minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
