It is necessary

  • - 1 can of Korean carrots (250 grams)
  • - 4 medium tomatoes
  • - 250 grams of ham or cooked sausage
  • - 250 grams of cheese
  • - 1 bunch of parsley
  • - 200 grams of sour cream
  • - 200 grams of mayonnaise
  • - 4 cakes of ready-made lavash
  • - sunflower or butter

Instructions

Step 1

We take tomatoes and cut them into small cubes, the smaller the better. We take ham or sausage and also cut into small cubes. Wash greens in hot water and chop finely.

Step 2

Rub the cheese on a fine grater. We mix mayonnaise and sour cream, pepper and salt the resulting mass. Open a jar of Korean carrots and drain the marinade from it. Then we put it on a sieve so that the marinade will drain from it. This is necessary so that our shawarma does not fall apart. We take Korean carrots. All the ingredients for the filling of our shawarma are ready.

Step 3

Now let's get down to pita bread. We take pita bread, unfold it and cut it into two shapes of the same size. We do this with other lavash cakes. As a result, you should have 4 large cakes, 8 smaller ones.

Step 4

Now we take pita bread and begin to lay out the filling in layers. You need to put it strictly in the center so that when folding the filling does not fall out. The first layer is tomatoes, the second layer is sausage or ham, the third is Korean carrots, the fourth is grated cheese, and parsley is placed on top. Lubricate with sour cream and mayonnaise mass.

Step 5

Now we turn our pita bread into an envelope. We do the same with the rest of the products. Now that our shawarma is almost ready, it needs to be fried in sunflower or butter for just a few minutes. Watch the shawarma carefully, otherwise it may burn. When fried, the cheese melts, and the lavash itself becomes crispy.
