Instructions

Step 1

Since the process of making rice is pretty straightforward, let's not go into it. In parallel with it, start preparing the dressing. To do this, combine two parts dark sugar, rice vinegar and water. When the mixture boils, pour a thin trickle over the rice. Then mix everything thoroughly.

Step 2

Now let's start processing salmon fillets. Separate the skin and cut into medium strips. It is better to select fresh fish, red is very good for rolls and sushi.

Cucumber processing. Before slicing them into medium strips, you can get rid of the skin or leave them as they are.

Step 4

Next, you need to prepare the avocado. Cut the fruit in two. Remove seeds and rind. Slice the peeled avocado into your usual medium-sized strips. If all parts are cut symmetrically, the rolls will look attractive.

When all the components of the rolls are ready, it's time to wrap them correctly. Place the nori sheet on a special bamboo mat. Place a bowl filled with warm water next to it.
