Cover the container with a tight lid and bring to a boil. After that, bring the heat to low and cook the rice for about 12-15 minutes. During this time, he must have time to absorb all the water.

In a separate container, mix 20 ml of special rice vinegar, half a teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Once all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed, you can pour the mixture over the rice. But you cannot mix the cereals! The specified amount of the mixture is enough for 300 grams of rice.
