Cooking is creative and requires special attention and the right amount of ingredients. Sometimes it happens that there is too much salt in the food. It turns out that not everything is hopeless, in many cases the dish can still be saved.
Salad
If the vegetable salad is salted, everything is very simple. You can add unsalted ingredients and stir. The portion will become larger and the salad will be less salty.
Soup
In no case should you add water to salted soup, this will spoil it even more. Better to add extra cereals, noodles, or potatoes. You can also add a small amount of flour, and then clarify the broth with beaten egg white and strain.
Boiled foods
When a product is salted during cooking, for example, various kinds of legumes, pasta, rice, buckwheat, everything is also very simple here. It is necessary to pour over salted foods with boiling water, put on the stove, bring to a boil, turn off and hold in the broth for 3-5 minutes.
Mushrooms
The easiest way, of course, is to add an extra serving of unsalted mushrooms. However, fresh mushrooms themselves draw out salt very little from salted mushrooms; this requires an acidic environment. The dish can be corrected with a little water and lemon juice squeezed into it. You can also add onions, sour cream or flour to mushrooms.
Vegetables
With vegetables, everything is a little more complicated. Most likely, the dish will have to be redone. If they are beets, carrots, or potatoes, you can mash them and add an equal amount of unsalted puree. You can also add flour or sour cream to salted puree.
