Violet salad is a festive salad. It will harmoniously fit into the table setting. Amazingly colorful and bright, it will cheer up even the gloomiest of your guests. In addition to the aesthetic aspect, the salad is tasty and healthy.
It is necessary
- - 150 g of smoked chicken meat;
- - 150 g of prunes;
- - 300 g of champignons;
- - 2 cucumbers;
- - 3 carrots;
- - 100 g of salty cookies;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of 9% vinegar;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - beet juice;
- - vegetable oil;
- - black pepper;
- - Red pepper;
- - radish;
- - spinach;
- - mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the smoked chicken meat and fresh cucumber into strips.
Step 2
Pour prunes with hot water. Leave for 15 minutes, then drain the water, put in a colander. Let the water drain and cut into cubes.
Step 3
Finely chop the champignons, fry in vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Cut carrots into strips, add vinegar and mix. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add finely chopped garlic, black and red peppers. Pour carrots with hot oil.
Step 5
Layer all ingredients in the following order: meat, prunes, carrots, mushrooms, cucumber. Coat each layer with mayonnaise. Cut the radish into circles, pour over the beet juice and leave for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Place spinach leaves on top, and on them a radish flower, put cookies on the sides of the salad.
