- - apple - 2 pcs.,
- - sugar 500 g,

- - water - 700 ml,
- - light raisins - a handful,

Step 1
Peel the quince, cut into semicircles. Cut apples, peeled from seeds, into four parts. Put the prepared apples and quince in a saucepan with cold water. Cook the fruit with the lid closed for 50 minutes.
Step 2
The finished fruit should soften. Rub them through a sieve while still hot and mix immediately with sugar. Sugar can be put a little more than the specified norm. Then pour in freshly squeezed lemon juice. Add the raisins soaked in water. Place the mixture on medium heat. Cook until thick.
Step 3
Put the resulting mass on a wooden cutting board sprinkled with water. Smooth the surface. Dry the pastille at room temperature in a well-ventilated area for one day. Cut the finished marshmallow into cubes. Store in a plastic container sprinkled with powdered sugar.
