Champignon is perhaps the most popular mushroom in the world. It is used in the cuisines of many nations. Champignon is one of the few mushrooms that can be grown under special conditions, at home or on special mushroom farms. Champignons are fried, stewed, baked, grilled, cooked in clay pots, in addition, they are dried, pickled and canned. These mushrooms make excellent mushroom sauces, gravies, soufflés and soups. - 500 g fresh champignons;
- 2 onion heads;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 250 g sour cream;
- 250 g of water;
- 2 tbsp flour;

Step 1
Rinse the mushrooms under cold running water.

Place the mushrooms in a pot of boiling salted water and boil for 3-5 minutes.

Then discard the mushrooms in a colander. Do not discard the broth.

Cool mushrooms and cut into small pieces.

Peel and chop the onion.
