Instructions
Step 1
Prepare your stones. You can make mineral water only on agates. Since ancient times, they are considered magical and are found in many places. Agates are a type of chalcedony.
Step 2
Prepare water. If you are using regular tap water, dechlorinate it. To do this, heat it to 70-80 degrees and cool it at room temperature. If you are using spring water, you do not need to dechlorinate it.
Step 3
Filter the water with a membrane filter. It is important to remove suspended matter from it.
Step 4
Wash the stones thoroughly and pour boiling water over them. Place them on a clean surface (board) and let dry.
Step 5
Place the agates on the bottom of a three-liter glass jar and carefully pour the prepared water into it. Insist for 3 days in a bright place. Then drain and use as directed. You can make mineral water again from the same stones, just do not forget to wash and dry them.
Step 6
Such mineral water will turn out to be non-carbonated. If you want to make it with gases, take a siphon with filled cans and simply run water through it, after which you get a carbonated drink. Since these special cans are almost impossible to find now, replace it with a can of a fire extinguisher, which can be purchased at a specialized store.
Step 7
You can also prepare carbonated mineral water by another method. To do this, mix 1 cup of water, 1 cup of lemon juice, and 1 flat teaspoon of baking soda. As a result of the reaction of soda with acid, gas bubbles will be actively released. This drink must be consumed immediately.
Step 8
If you want to prepare mineral water at home using other stones, be sure to ask what properties they have, since not all minerals are useful.
