Instructions
Step 1
Buy some fresh minced meat (a mixture of beef and pork, chicken is also fine) and fry it in a skillet. It is best to fry minced meat in sunflower or olive oil. Add chopped onions to a frying pan with minced meat. After the onion acquires a light golden color, add slightly boiled and sliced champignons or any other types of mushrooms (canned) to the pan. Fry everything for fifteen to twenty minutes, thoroughly mixing the minced meat, onions and mushrooms. Then add some cream and soy sauce. Season with dry spice mixtures and keep on fire for another two minutes.
Step 2
Cut fresh chicken meat (use chicken breast or fillet) into small pieces and sauté in a deep skillet or saucepan. Fry in butter or olive oil. Add finely chopped onions (you can use garlic), carrots, bell peppers. Fry everything and add tomato paste or ketchup. For a thinner gravy, add some boiled water. Season with salt, pepper and dry spice mixtures. Simmer meat and vegetables for a couple of minutes. Stir the gravy well.
Step 3
Fry a small amount of plain flour in olive oil, stirring constantly. Then pour boiled water over the fried flour, salt, pepper and season (to taste). Also add two to three tablespoons of sour cream and mix everything. Remove from heat and let stand for a couple of minutes.
Step 4
Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet. Then add one chopped garlic clove and sweet paprika to it. Fry everything. Mash a few canned tomatoes (previously peeled) with a fork and add to the pan as well. Season with salt and bring everything to a boil. Then add the squid pieces and bring to a boil again, cover and simmer over medium heat for thirty to forty-five minutes. Then add finely chopped herbs and remove from heat.
