  • 1, 5 liters of bread kvass,
  • cloves,
  • cinnamon,
  • ground black pepper,
  • black peppercorns,
  • paprika,
  • salt.

Cooking method

Take the meat, remove the film, veins, cartilage, wash, beat well, sprinkle with salt, paprika and black pepper.

Peel the onion and chop it into rings.

Cut bacon fat into very thin strips.

Wash the lemon and cut into slices.

Finely chop the parsley and celery roots.

Put pork fat, onion sliced into rings, chopped roots, black peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon, lemon slices with zest and a piece of black bread in a brazier to the bottom.

Now you need to take the prepared meat, put it on top of the bread and pour 0.5 liters of bread kvass.
