Sangria is one of the most popular Spanish drinks, considered medium alcoholic. An integral element in this case is red wine, and a wide variety of fruits and berries are selected as additional ingredients.
It is necessary
- - 600 ml dry red wine
- - 150 g sugar
- - 2 lemons
- - 100 ml orange juice
- - cloves to taste
- - 300 g strawberries
Instructions
Step 1
Divide the strawberries into two equal parts. Cut the lemon into thin rings and mix with one of the berries. Pour the ingredients with the available red wine and refrigerate for several hours.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, combine the second strawberry, orange juice, sugar and cloves. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate as well.
Step 3
Once the mixtures have cooled sufficiently, combine both parts in the same container.
Step 4
When serving, leave a few berries and a lemon ring in each glass. Additionally, you can cool the drink with ice. You can add originality to the composition with the help of a few mint leaves.
Step 5
Do not stir the ingredients too thoroughly while preparing the sangria. The liquid should remain clear and the berries intact.
