Step 1
Put the butter in the freezer for an hour to harden. Turn the stove on to low heat. Pour milk into a saucepan. Grate the oil on a coarse grater. Pour into milk. Stir until the butter is completely melted.
Step 2
Pour the liquid into a blender (attachment - knives). Beat the resulting mixture for 4-5 minutes until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 3
Pour the butter and milk mixture into a container with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate overnight.
