Instructions

Step 1

Pancakes with whey

Pour 0.5 liters of fresh milk whey into a deep bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of soda without topping to the whey and mix well. Leave the serum in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Add 2 raw chicken eggs, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the whey with baking soda. Stir everything until smooth.

Pour flour into the whey and mix everything until the lumps of flour completely disappear. You should get a dough with the thickness of sour cream.

Pour about 0.5 liters of milk into the resulting dough, mix everything.

Preheat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil over it.

In a saucepan, mix 1 liter of whey with 7 tablespoons of granulated sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
