  • - gelatin - 2 tablespoons;
  • - sugar - 100 g;
  • - bananas - 2 pcs;
  • - lemon juice - 1-2 tablespoons.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine the following ingredients in one cup: gelatin, sugar and 100 milliliters of white wine. Stir this mixture and do not touch until the gelatin swells, that is, within 10 minutes.

Step 2

Pour the resulting mixture into a saucepan and put on low heat. When it boils, cook it for a few more minutes, that is, until the sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved. When the mass has cooled, add lemon juice to it. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

With the bananas, do the following: Remove the peel and cut into rings. Put the chopped fruits in pre-prepared silicone molds. Fill them with the resulting gelatinous mass and put them in the refrigerator. There, the jelly should stand until it hardens completely, that is, for 3-4 hours.

Step 4

Remove the frozen dessert from the molds. It will be easier to do this if you dip part of the silicone mold in hot water for a couple of seconds before this procedure. White wine jelly with bananas is ready!
