Let's start by making the dough. Let's take the eggs first. Separate the yolks from the proteins very carefully and beat separately. Beat the whites to such an extent that the mass doubles, and in order for the yolks to whisk well, you can add a pinch of salt. Carefully pour the whites into the yolks and stir until smooth.

Then add sugar and sifted flour to the egg mixture. We also thoroughly beat everything with a whisk or mixer. Then add slaked soda and leave for 5-10 minutes, so that the dough rises slightly.
Step 3
While our dough is resting, let's start filling. Rinse the apples thoroughly, clean the insides and cut them into cubes or slices. We peel the bananas, cut them into round pieces (also into cubes).

We turn on the oven and heat it up to 180-200 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with butter and lay out in layers first the bananas, then apples and pour our dough on top. We send everything to the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Do not open the oven until cooked, otherwise the biscuit will fall off. After cooking, do not immediately take out the cake, let it cool in the oven.
