  • - butter - 60 g;
  • - water - 125 ml;

  • - egg - 2 pcs.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour water into a saucepan, salt. We put on a moderate heat. Throw the chicken into the pot and cook it for 4-5 hours, until it begins to pierce with a fork.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. While the oven is heating, clean and cut the onions and carrots into large pieces. Sprinkle them with vegetable oil and put them in an already preheated oven until they are browned.

We take eggs. Separate the yolk from the protein, we only need the protein. We put our protein in a 200 ml mug, and fill the mug with cold water to the edge. Mix well.
