Cottage cheese casserole is a dish that many associate with a carefree childhood, games in kindergarten and the warmth of mother's hands. There are probably a million recipes for such a "casserole from childhood", but for me this very casserole is …
It is necessary
- For 6 servings:
- - 500 g of granular cottage cheese;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 tbsp. honey;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 0.5 tsp soda;
- - 1 tsp lemon juice;
- - 100 g sour cream;
- - 2 tbsp. with a slide of semolina;
- - 2 handfuls of raisins;
- - butter for greasing molds.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Soak the raisins beforehand so that they become soft, and then dry. Mash cottage cheese with a crush or fork and add semolina. Leave for 15 minutes and then add sour cream.
Step 2
Using a blender, mix the eggs with honey and salt. Quench the soda in a spoon and add to the eggs. Combine with the curd mass, add the dried raisins, mix so that it is evenly distributed.
Step 3
Grease the baking dishes with butter. I highly recommend using portioned ones to get a fluffy and tender result, rather than a flat curd pancake. Spread the curd mass and send to the oven for 25 minutes. Cool and serve. Bon Appetit!
