Salt the waves in a combined way

Ingredients:

  • 5 kg of waves;
  • 250 g rock salt (iodized, not suitable);
  • 6 bay leaves;
  • 6 sheets of black currant;
  • 3 horseradish leaves;

  • 2 heads of garlic.

  4. Drain the water. Rinse the waves under running water.
  5. Take a large enamel pot. Put mushrooms in it in layers, alternating with salt, horseradish leaves, garlic, bay leaves, dill.
  6. Cover the top layer of mushrooms tightly with a flat plate. Put a jar of water on it. She will perform the function of oppression.
  7. Cover the pan with gauze so that nothing unnecessary gets into the waves.
  8. Refrigerate the pot for 3 weeks. During this time, the waves will be salted, become fragrant, crispy.

Note! You cannot roll such a snack into jars. It should be kept cold and in jars with nylon lids.
