    • 500 g zucchini.
    • For zucchini patties:
    • 500 g zucchini;
    • 300 g bacon;
    • salt and pepper;
    • 400 g puff pastry.
    • For the zucchini and cheese pie:
    • 2 cups of flour;
    • 1 bag of yeast;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 1 glass of milk;
    • 2-3 zucchini;
    • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
    • 3-4 tomatoes;
    • 200 g goat cheese;
    • salt and pepper.

Step 1

Prepare the zucchini. Peel them and cut into thin slices. Wash the raisins, grind the walnuts in a mortar or blender.

Combine eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, flour in a bowl. Add vinegar slaked baking soda and cinnamon. Mix everything and add chopped zucchini, raisins and nuts into the mixture. Prepare a baking dish, grease it with oil and pour the prepared mass into it. Bake the pie in the oven for an hour at 180 degrees. Cut into slices before serving.
