Instructions
Step 1
Puff roses with sausage
Remove the dough from the freezer and let it thaw a little. Unfold the roll carefully and roll it out, keeping the rectangular shape. Cut the layer into long strips no more than 4 cm wide. Free the sausage from the film and cut into thin semicircles. Lay them in a row on the dough strips, letting the convex side protrude slightly over the edges. Roll up the rolls and secure at the bottom with your fingers so they don't fall apart.
Step 2
Place the raw food on a baking sheet at some distance from each other. Preheat oven to 220oC and bake sausage pies for 10 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 170oC and bake the roses for another 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Serve on green lettuce leaves.
Step 3
Pea soup with sausage
Soak peas in cold water for 4 hours. Pour water into a saucepan, put the beans in it and simmer them for about an hour over low heat, covered. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes or slices. Do the same with smoked sausage. Add the prepared foods to the peas and cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 4
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until soft and transfer to a saucepan. Season the soup to taste, remove from the stove and cover. Let the dish steep for 20-30 minutes, then pour into plates and sprinkle with chopped dill.
Step 5
Salad with sausage and egg pancakes
Mash eggs with a pinch of salt, add water, add starch and whisk the mixture well. Heat a skillet, brush with oil, fry a few egg pancakes and cool completely. Roll them into rolls and cut them across into thin noodles with a sharp knife. Chop the sausage into strips. Put everything in a salad bowl.
Step 6
Peel a garlic clove and grate it or crush it in a special press. Combine garlic with mayonnaise and white pepper and mix thoroughly. Pour the sauce over the salad and stir gently.
