Cooking beef is quite difficult. There are many ways to cook beef. The delicate crust on the top and the juicy flesh on the inside are what makes this dish so special for true gourmets.

- 1 tbsp. l. honey
- 1 tbsp. l. mustard
- 100 g guilt
- vegetable oil

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the beef thoroughly, cut (across the fibers) into 1 cm thick plates. Beat the meat with a hammer on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Mix mustard with honey in a 1: 1 ratio. Grate the meat and marinate in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat well. Then put the pieces of meat on a hot skillet. Fry on one side and on the other for 10 minutes.
Step 4
At the end add 100 gr. dry red wine and cover. Wait for the wine to evaporate.
Step 5
Leave the meat to simmer in the turned off pan for 10-15 minutes. Serve the grilled beef on lettuce, with chopped cucumbers, tomatoes and olives.
