It is necessary
- - 500 g of beef tenderloin;
- - 500 g broccoli;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 1, 5 cups of beef broth;
- - 1/2 glass of water;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of grated ginger;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cornstarch;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 1 cup bean sprouts.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the diced meat, minced garlic cloves, soy sauce, and ginger in a bowl. Set aside for 20 minutes.

Rinse broccoli, cut into small florets.

Heat 1 tbsp in a wok. a spoonful of oil over high heat. Add broccoli, fry for 2 minutes, then add water, cook until liquid evaporates. Transfer the cabbage to a plate.

Pour the remaining oil into the wok, add the beef, fry for 3 minutes.

Mix the starch and beef broth separately. Add this mixture to the meat and cook until the sauce thickens.
