This simple dish can be categorized as "Cheap and Merry". It turns out a full-fledged lunch of chicken ventricles with aromatic cheese gravy. With this dish, you will feed everyone at home, while not spending a lot of effort on cooking it.
It is necessary
- For six servings:
- - 800 g of chicken stomachs;
- - 100 g of hard cheese, sour cream;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2.5 liters of water;
- - 30 ml of vegetable oil;
- - salt, pepper, curry.
Instructions
Step 1
Empty chicken stomachs from fat, stomach film, you can cut them into 2-3 pieces if you like smaller ingredients in your dishes. Rinse prepared stomachs, put in a saucepan, cover with cold water, bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat for 90 minutes. The softer the stomachs, the tastier the dish will be.
Step 2
Peel the onion, rinse, cut. Heat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil on it, put onions, fry for a few minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add boiled stomachs to the onions. Season with salt and pepper, add curry to taste, stir. Add sour cream and half a glass of broth left over from cooking chicken stomachs. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Grate a piece of hard cheese on a coarse grater, send it to the pan to the main components of the dish. Stir, simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve chicken gizzards in cheese gravy with any side dish, such as boiled rice fried with minced garlic.
