Sandwiches are a versatile snack. They are good in the morning for breakfast. Will not interfere with lunch and dinner. And on the festive table - this is the first necessity and decoration of the table. They can be prepared according to a recipe, or you can apply your own invention and imagination.
Fish sandwiches
There are many options for making sandwiches. This appetizer is applicable and appropriate for any table and not only. They are prepared on weekdays and holidays, for picnics, for buffets, for a snack. Both adults and children like them. Here you can fully experiment with the combination of ingredients and tastes. For making sandwiches with fish, you can use any bread: loaf, baguette, white or rye, bran, etc. They are usually prepared quickly and easily. And the taste is always amazing.
Anchovy sandwiches
These sandwiches are a great and quick snack for a variety of occasions.
They require the following ingredients:
- 5 anchovies (fillet only)
- 5 baguette slices
- 1 large boiled egg
- 1 fresh tomato
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1-1, 5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- to taste parsley, cilantro, dill
- For these sandwiches, you can take a rye or white baguette. Cut 5 slices from it. The thickness of the slice should be about 1-1.5 cm. Grease a pan for frying slices of bread. Fry a baguette on it on both sides until crusty. Turn over constantly when frying. Frying time 3-4 minutes. Do not over-fry the slices.
- Grate the croutons on both sides with a clove of garlic.
- Wash the tomato. Peel the egg. Cut both products into thin slices as neat as possible. Wash greens, dry and chop finely.
- Place the food in the following order: a tomato circle on a baguette, then chopped greens, an egg and anchovy meat on it. The sandwich is ready.
Hamsa sandwiches
With such a "modest" fish as anchovy, you can make a wonderful snack in the form of sandwiches. It is quite possible to replace hamsa with anchovies or sprat. The appetizer will be equally tasty and appetizing.
For the dish you need to prepare:
- 8 pcs. spicy salted hamsas
- 4 slices baguette (loaf)
- 40 g cheese (preferably creamy)
- 2 fresh tomatoes
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 3-4 tbsp. l. olive oil
- greens to taste
- Prepare the fish: separate the fillets from it. It is also desirable to remove the skin.
- The baguette is cut into slices with a sharp knife. Better to cut diagonally. Fry the bread on both sides until golden brown. Allow to cool by folding on a paper napkin.
- Rub one side or both (optional) with garlic.
- Cover the crouton with cream cheese. Spread with an even layer.
- Cut the tomato into slices. If this does not work out neatly, then it can be cut into pieces (cubes). Chop the greens.
- On each slice of toast with cheese, put a slice of tomato or sprinkle with it. Place a couple of fish pieces and sprinkle with your favorite herbs.
