Making delicious and nutritious stew at home is not as difficult as it might seem. You will need a little patience and a small amount of ingredients for this process. Having prepared a pre-canned stew, you will always have delicious natural meat at home for any recipes.

Step 1
You must first prepare cans, which should be no more than 0.5-1 liters. Rinse the jars with water and soda using a clean sponge. Rinse the lids and rinse with boiling water. Sterilization is not required, as the stew will be stored for a long time as a result of heat treatment.
Step 2
Remove excess veins and film from the meat, cut into small pieces. Then add salt, pepper and stir. Place in a separate cup. In each jar on the bottom, put a few leaves of lavrushka, peppercorns, and then lay out the meat in layers, leaving 2-3 cm on top. Do not stack the layers too tightly. This must be done so that the juice from the meat fills the space between the layers.
Step 3
Place a baking sheet with water on the lower level in the oven, and a wire rack on the middle level. Place the jars on a wire rack, covered with lids. Turn the oven on at 230-240 degrees. When the meat in the jars boils, reduce the heat to 130 degrees and simmer the meat for 3-4 hours.
Step 4
In parallel, engage in melting lard. To do this, chop the bacon and put it in the pan. Gradually the bacon will melt over low heat.
Step 5
Remove the cans of meat from the oven, fill them to the brim with liquid bacon. Roll up the lids and turn over. If the juice does not come out of the can, then the cans are sealed.
