Step 1

Take a pork neck, rinse and dry it. Cut the meat into cubes. Any part of the meat can be used, but the neck is one of the softest. Season with salt and pepper and add curry. Fry it on both sides in a pan.

Peel and slice the pumpkin. If you already have a peeled pumpkin, then you will need not one and a half kilograms, but only one kilogram. Simmer in another skillet, sprinkle with curry and season with salt.

Chop the onions and fry until golden brown, when the onions are soft, add corn, peas, bell peppers and chopped garlic to it. If you want to spice things up, add chili and pepper.
