It is necessary

  • • 500 g of tomatoes;

  • • cilantro - 1 bunch;

  • • butter - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • • 200 g of dried apricots;
  • • medium pumpkin;
  • • salt and pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

The top of the pumpkin is carefully cut off, fibers and seeds are removed. The inner surface and cut are lubricated with butter. The pumpkin is placed on a baking sheet and baked in a preheated oven for an hour (temperature 180 ° C).

Step 2

The potatoes, onions and garlic are peeled. The onion is cut into thin rings, the potatoes are cut into large pieces and the garlic is chopped. The core is removed from the washed peppers, the peppers are cut into half rings. The tomatoes are scalded and peeled off. Tomatoes are cut into cubes. The corn is cut into 5-6 pieces. Cilantro is washed, dried and disassembled into leaves.
