Juicy and delicious fried liver can serve as the main course of both a home lunch and a festive feast. The liver can also be served cold as a snack. Since the liver can be slightly bitter, we recommend pre-soaking it in milk.

- 1 glass of milk
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 medium onions
- 0.5 cups broth
- salt
- ground black pepper
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and dry the liver with a paper towel.

Remove films.
Step 3
Cut into cubes approximately 6X3X1.5 cm in size.

Pour milk over the liver and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Add salt and black pepper to the sifted flour.
Step 6
Peel the onion and chop finely.

Drain the milk from the liver.

Dip each bite in flour.

Fry the liver in boiling oil for 3-5 minutes.

Put the fried pieces on a plate.

After frying all the pieces, put a layer of onion on the last layer of the liver.

We spread the next layer of liver and a layer of onions. And so on, lay out the liver and onions in layers.

Add the broth, close the lid and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.

After 10 minutes, you can mix everything.

Serve the cooked liver with mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables and herbs.
