It is necessary

    • For the first recipe:
    • chicken liver - 500 g;
    • flour - 150 g;
    • vegetable oil - 80 g;
    • onions - 3 pcs;
    • sweet paprika - 2 tsp;
    • dry red wine - 2 tbsp. spoons;
    • soy sauce - 2 tbsp spoons.
    • For the second recipe:
    • chicken liver - 500 g;
    • red onion - 1 pc;
    • vegetable oil - 50 gr;
    • honey - 50 gr;
    • milk - 100 g;
    • salt to taste;
    • pepper to taste.
    • For the third recipe:
    • chicken liver - 500 g;
    • milk - 100 g;
    • eggs - 2 pcs;
    • salt - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
    • ground black pepper - 2 tsp;
    • mayonnaise - 100 g;
    • ground crackers - 150 g;
    • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons.

Instructions

Step 1

To prepare fried liver with onions and wine, cut 500 grams of offal into small pieces and bread in flour. Heat a frying pan, add 50 grams of vegetable oil and fry the liver over medium heat until cooked.

Step 2

Cut three onions into wide strips and fry in a pan with 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Once the onions are clear, sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika and continue to fry until golden brown.

Step 3

Pour the onion with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of dry red wine and the same amount of soy sauce. Simmer everything together for a few minutes. If you want a thicker sauce, add 1 teaspoon flour and keep the sauce on the fire for another minute. Put the cooked liver on a dish and cover with the onion sauce.

Step 4

Prepare chicken liver with honey gravy. To do this, cut one red onion into half rings and fry in a hot pan with 20 grams of vegetable oil for 3 minutes. Add 50 grams of honey to the onion, but do not bring it to a boil.

Step 5

Peel chicken liver from films and place in milk for 15 minutes. Then cut the offal into short strips and fry in vegetable oil for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper a few minutes before cooking to taste. Put the finished liver on plates and pour over the gravy.

Step 6

To cook the liver in breadcrumbs, pour 100 grams of milk into a bowl and place the offal there, cut into small pieces. Then add 2 chicken eggs, 100 grams of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of black pepper to the liver. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and put the bowl in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Step 7

Pour 150 grams of ground breadcrumbs into a flat plate and roll the chicken liver pieces in them. Pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the liver until crisp on both sides. Serve with mashed potatoes and pickles.
