Pour a glass of warm water and dissolve yeast, salt and sugar in it. Let it brew for 5-7 minutes.

Sift the flour into a small bowl.

Knead the dough out of sifted flour and cooked water with yeast

Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands. Coat the finished dough with olive oil and place in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the filling.

Take the ingredients for the mayonnaise. Crack eggs, add mustard, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Beat with a mixer until the mixture lightens. Continue whisking and add olive oil slowly. The mass should thicken.

When the dough rises, place it on a greased baking sheet and stretch it over the entire surface.

Spread the cooked ingredients evenly on the dough: sausage, onion, olives and tomatoes. Rub the cheese on top and sprinkle with herbs.

Pour the pizza with mayonnaise and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
