Sausages are versatile sausages that can be used to prepare delicious and hearty meals in just a few minutes. You can cook sausages in a variety of ways: boil, fry, bake.
Sausages with pasta and herbs.
To prepare this dish you will need: a medium-sized onion, a clove of garlic, four sausages, a pack of pasta, a bunch of parsley, paprika and sour cream.
• Finely chop the onion and garlic clove. Cut four sausages and red peppers into pieces.
• Preheat a frying pan, add a little sunflower oil.
• Sauté the onion and garlic, then add the sausages and red pepper.
• Bring to full readiness.
• Boil the pasta and add the resulting mixture, a spoonful of sour cream, finely chopped parsley and a little paprika.
• Cover and let the dish sit for a few minutes.
Serve to the table, garnished with whole sprigs of parsley.
Sausages with mashed potatoes.
For this dish you will need: six medium-sized potatoes, a clove of garlic, flour, five to six sausages.
• Fry the sausages lightly, add the pre-crushed garlic clove and chopped onion.
• Fry the entire contents until golden brown.
• Add a pinch of flour, stir, and bring the dish to a boil.
• Boil potatoes and puree with a blender.
Serve mashed potatoes, in the center of which stir the refried contents.
Potato salad with sausages
You will need: four medium potatoes, four sausages, green onions, mayonnaise, bacon, lemon juice and mustard.
• First, cook the sausages until they are fully cooked, then cut them into pieces.
• Boil potatoes, then cut them into cubes.
• Fry bacon, cut into small pieces, in a skillet.
• Cut the green onions into small slices.
• Toss potatoes with sausages, add sautéed bacon, green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice and mustard.
Serve in small decorative salad bowls.
Potatoes with sausage in pots.
In order to cook sausages with potatoes in pots, you will need: three medium-sized potatoes, an onion, two hundred grams of mushrooms, two sausages, dill, parsley.
• Cut the potatoes into strips, fry them in a pan with the addition of sunflower oil until light golden brown and salt.
• Finely chop the onion, add sausages and mushrooms.
• Take ceramic pots, pour a little water into them. Then start to lay out the layers: first the cooked potatoes, then the sausages with fried onions and mushrooms.
• Put a spoonful of mayonnaise or sour cream on top of the resulting layers, cover with a lid
• Place the pots for further cooking in the oven for one hour, 150 degrees Celsius.
Allow the pots to cool slightly before serving, then garnish with sprigs of dill and parsley. Pots, for beauty, can be put on small plates, trays, so that it is more convenient to serve to guests.
