Unusual Chechen dumplings are served with chicken, potato broth and garlic sauce. They are incredibly delicious. To see this, try making them at home.

- - Chicken meat - 0.8 kg;

- - Potatoes - 10 pcs.;

- - Black peppercorns - 7 pcs.;
- - Garlic - 6 cloves;
- - Bay leaf - 1 pc.;
- - Green onions and salt - to taste;
- - Vegetable oil - for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Knead a hard dough from wheat flour, one egg and water. Leave it on the sidelines for a while.
Step 2
Boil the chicken in a saucepan. 15-20 minutes before being ready, add lavrushka, whole peeled carrots and peppercorns to it.
Step 3
As soon as the meat is ready, you need to take it out, cool it, cut it into long strips.
Step 4
Put peeled potatoes in chicken broth, boil them until tender over medium heat.
Step 5
Fry the onion cut into strips in hot vegetable oil until golden brown. It is very important not to overcook it!
Step 6
Crush the finished potatoes without removing them from the broth with a crush. Add fried onions and salt to it. Spice up.
Step 7
Divide the dumplings dough in half. Roll out each part thickly, cut into 5 mm thick pieces. Press down each piece with your index and middle fingers. Roll the resulting cakes into rolls. Then take a fork and make small cuts on them.
Step 8
Boil Chechen dumplings in salted water for 5-7 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and place in a cup.
Step 9
Prepare beram (garlic sauce). To do this, mix chopped garlic with chicken broth and salt well.

Arrange the dumplings on plates, garnish with pieces of meat and herbs. Serve with potato broth and garlic sauce.
