Salmon and mozzarella salad is very tender and festive. This salad came to us from France less than half a century ago and is now served at various festivals or as a healthy meal.
It is necessary
- - 1 package (250 g) lightly salted salmon
- - 2 medium tomatoes
- - 150 g mozzarella cheese
- - 1 PC. red onion
- - 1 bunch of lettuce
- - 3 tbsp. l. capers
- - 3 tbsp. l. olive oil
- - 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
- - 1 tbsp. l. mustard
- -1 tsp dried herbs
- - salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Remove and rinse the fish, then dry and cut into thin strips. Transfer the fish to a plate, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water, dry, cut in half and cut into half rings. Transfer the onion to the fish bowl. Cut the cheese into medium-sized cubes.
Step 3
Rinse tomatoes for salad, dry, cut into slices. Rinse lettuce leaves in cold water, tear into pieces.
Step 4
Now it's time to make the salad dressing. To do this, take olive oil, mustard, dried herbs, salt and pepper, mix everything thoroughly, heat a little.
Step 5
Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, stir, pour over the dressing and serve. Salmon and mozzarella salad is ready.
