The original combination of smoked salmon, radish and apples will satisfy even the fastidious gourmets. An unusual salad was invented by French chefs.
It is necessary
- - 150 g mustard or horseradish
- - mayonnaise
- - 1 green apple
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- - 150 g cherry tomatoes
- - lettuce leaves
- - 500 g smoked salmon fillet
- - 100 g of radish

Step 1
Peel the apple and cut into thin strips. Cut the radish into thin slices or half rings. It is enough to cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 2
Tear the lettuce leaves finely and mix with the vegetables that have already been cooked. Place in an even layer on a plate, top with small pieces of smoked salmon fillet.
Step 3
Combine horseradish (or mustard) with a little mayonnaise. Grate the zest of one orange on a fine grater. Season the mixture with salt and pepper as you like. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Season the salad with the horseradish (mustard) mixture before serving. You can decorate the dish with herbs or quail eggs cut in half.
