It is necessary

  • - 400 g chicken fillet;
  • - 250 g green peas;
  • - 1 PC. onions;
  • - 20 g butter;
  • - 450 g of fresh mushrooms;
  • - 200 g of pickled cucumbers;
  • - 8 pcs. tartlets;
  • - 200 g of mayonnaise;
  • - 10 g dried thyme;
  • - 10 g dried basil;
  • - 20 g of dill greens;
  • - olive oil to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Take eight medium high-rimmed tartlets. You can take store tartlets, but only with a note that the dough is unsweetened, or you can cook it yourself in advance.

Step 2

Defrost chicken fillet, if necessary, rinse well in cold running water, remove films and excess fat. Place a pot of salted water on the stove, when the water boils, dip the chicken fillet into it. Add dried thyme and basil and mix well. Cook for twenty minutes. Remove the finished chicken fillet, cool and cut into small cubes.

Step 3

Wash the onion, dry it and chop it very finely or grate it on a fine grater. Heat a frying pan well, melt the butter on it and add the onion to it, stir constantly. Wash the champignons, dry them and cut them into thin slices with a sharp knife, add to the frying pan. Fry the mushrooms, stirring constantly, for fifteen minutes. Remove and cool.

Step 4

Cut the pickled cucumbers into very small strips. In a small cup, whisk the fried mushrooms, chicken breast, cucumbers and green peas together and season with mayonnaise. Stir the mixture until smooth and gently place over the tartlets, garnish with fresh dill before serving.
