It is necessary
- - 4 eggs;
- - 400-500 g of beef;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - 6 pickles;
- - pepper, salt to taste;
- - 1 glass of walnuts;
- - 150-200 g of mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the beef, dry it, then put it in a saucepan with water and cook. Cook until tender, be sure to salt and pepper to taste. Then cool the boiled beef and cut into rather small cubes or divide into fibers.
Step 2
Grate pickled cucumbers on a fine grater and mix with chopped garlic.
Step 3
Cool the boiled eggs, peel and grate, and chop the walnuts and fry a little in a dry frying pan.
Step 4
First put the chopped beef on the dish and brush with a little mayonnaise. Next, lay out the cucumbers mixed with garlic and coat with mayonnaise again. Put the grated eggs, mayonnaise in the next layer and sprinkle with plenty of walnuts.

Put the salad for an hour or a little more in the refrigerator, it should be soaked, then serve.
