Pickled cucumbers add sourness, and thus an exquisite taste to beef, which makes it very tasty. Beef stew with cucumbers turns out to be very tender, juicy and rich. It can be served as an independent dish or with a side dish. It turns out that beef can be cooked very easily and deliciously.

- -700 g of beef
- -5 medium pickles
- -3 tomatoes
- -1 large onion
- -1 bell pepper
- -5 Art. l. tomato paste
- -1 clove of garlic
- -salt
- -pepper
- -vegetable oil

Step 1
Before you start cooking beef, you need to process it. Take the meat, rinse it thoroughly, pat dry on a paper towel. Remove veins and excess fat from it. Cut the meat into pieces 1, 5-2 cm thick, then beat the beef pieces well. Cut the chops into thin, long pieces.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it very well, and then put the beef in the pan. Grill the meat over medium heat for 4-7 minutes.
Step 3
Rinse tomatoes and peppers in cool water. Cut the tomatoes on top, pour over boiling water for 30-60 seconds, peel them. Either grate the peeled tomatoes or grind them in a blender. Cut the pepper into 2 parts, remove all seeds, cut into small cubes. Transfer the vegetables to a bowl, add the tomato paste, stir.
Step 4
Take a deep, thick-walled frying pan, put the vegetables and tomato paste in it, put on the fire and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Vegetables should be stewed under a closed lid.
Step 5
Add stewed vegetables to the meat, stir and simmer for 30 minutes over the lowest heat.
Step 6
Peel the onion, rinse, cut into half rings. Heat vegetable oil in a separate frying pan, add onion, fry until golden brown. Add fried onions to the beef.
Step 7
Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes, put in the pan, simmer all together for 5 minutes under the lid, salt, pepper and stir. Put the beef stew with pickles on plates and serve.
