It is necessary

  • -500 grams of beef,
  • -600 grams of potatoes,
  • -200 grams of pickled cucumbers,
  • -2 medium onions,
  • -2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste,
  • -1 tbsp. a spoonful of wheat flour
  • -3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • -3 cloves of garlic,
  • - a little red ground pepper,
  • -sea fine salt to taste,
  • -3 sprigs of dill or parsley,
  • -1 glass of water
  • -0.5 cups of brine.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the peeled onions into half rings. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Cook the basics in a cauldron or heavy-walled saucepan.

Step 2

Rinse the meat, cut into thin strips across the fibers (approximately the same strips as for beef Stroganoff).

Step 3

Add meat to golden onions, fry for 15 minutes. The meat should be crusty and the liquid should evaporate. Pour a glass of water over the meat with onions, stir and cook for an hour and a half until the meat is tender.

Peel the cucumbers, cut into thin strips.

Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into strips.

Check the meat, if it has become tender, then add a spoonful of flour to it and stir. The sauce should thicken. After two minutes, add two tablespoons of tomato paste to the meat, stir, simmer for five minutes. Add cucumbers, stir, cover and simmer for another ten minutes. Add cucumber pickle.

Step 6

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until tender. Salt, season with red hot pepper.

Step 7

Chop the cloves of garlic, chop the herbs.
