Turkey cutlets are very tender and airy thanks to the addition of sour cream to the minced meat.
It is necessary
- - 400 g turkey fillet;
- - 1 small onion;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream;
- - 2 slices of white bread;
- - 1/2 glass of milk;
- - 2-3 tbsp. spoons of flour for breading;
- - salt, freshly ground black pepper;
- - sunflower oil.

Step 1
Rinse the meat under running water, dry with paper towels and cut into large pieces. Peel the onion and cut into 4 pieces. Peel the garlic, cut it in half, take out the green center and discard it. Scroll the fillets along with the onions and garlic through a meat grinder or chop in a food processor.
Step 2
Cut off the crust of the bread, fill the crumb with milk, leave for a while, and then squeeze. Stir in the minced meat, add sour cream, salt, sprinkle with ground pepper. Stir the mixture until smooth.
Step 3
Form medium-sized patties, lightly dip each piece in wheat flour and fry in hot sunflower oil until golden brown, first on one side and then on the other.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Place the patties on a baking sheet or ovenproof dish, place in the oven and cook for 20-30 minutes.
