There is another option - to drain all the water along with the foam, and transfer the meat to new boiling water. But this is not necessary, it is enough just to remove all the foam that appears. Then our soup will be transparent and delicious. After boiling, add bay leaf and black pepper. We put them at the beginning of cooking so that they give as much of their aroma and taste as possible to our turkey soup.
