Turkey meat is a dietary type of meat, so the soup from it turns out to be very light and healthy. Instead of turkey, you can take other meat, only lean, for example, chicken fillet. And millet can be replaced with other cereals, but it is with millet that a very tasty soup is obtained.
It is necessary
- - 700 g of turkey meat;
- - 800 g potatoes;
- - 200 g onions;
- - 200 g of millet;
- - 200 g of carrots;
- - pepper, salt, vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the onion finely. Grate the peeled carrots.

Cut the turkey fillet into medium-sized cubes.

Fry the onions in a four liter saucepan, add carrots and meat, fry a little together (not until tender).

Pour water into a saucepan, pepper, salt, cook for 20 minutes.

Rinse the millet in hot water. If you rinse it cold, millet will taste bitter. Peel the potatoes, cut them as you like - into cubes or cubes.

Add millet to the pan, then send the potatoes. Season to taste.

Cook the soup for another 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are tender. When serving, you can sprinkle with fresh herbs.
