Ingredients:
- 1 turkey drumstick;
- 1 onion;
- 2 carrots;
- 1 potato;
- 1 leek;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- sunflower oil;
- 2 liters of water;
- 1 bunch of green onions and parsley;
- salt and soy sauce.
Preparation:
- Pour 2 liters of cold water into a saucepan. Wash the turkey drumstick. Peel and wash one carrot and onion. Put prepared ingredients in water and place on fire.
- Bring to a boil, boil the meat until tender, periodically removing noise from the surface of the water. As a rule, it takes about an hour and a half to cook meat and broth.
- After this time, remove the meat from the broth, cool and divide it with your hands into small pieces, discarding the boiled skin.
- Just strain the finished broth, and discard the carrots and onions, as they are no longer useful.
- Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it up.
- Peel and wash all other vegetables. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, just chop the parsley and onion. Cut the potatoes into medium strips, the leeks into thin rings and the garlic into small cubes.
- So, put the garlic in hot oil and fry for 1 minute, then add grated carrots there and continue to fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Put the broth on the fire again, bring to a boil.
- Then put pieces of meat and potato straws in it, bring to a boil again and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Then add the garlic and carrot roast, as well as the leeks. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- At the end of cooking, season the soup with soy sauce and chopped herbs, boil, turn off, cover and leave to stand for 5-10 minutes.
