If you want a kebab, but there is no way to make it in nature, do not despair. There is a way out of this situation - you can cook a shish kebab in your sleeve. The dish will turn out to be juicy, tasty and crispy.

It is necessary

  • - pepper - to taste;
  • - salt - to taste;
  • - onions of medium size;
  • - seasoning for barbecue - to taste;
  • - peeled tomatoes in their own juice - 1 can;
  • - pork meat - 1 kg.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the meat by washing it in water and cutting it into medium-sized pieces. Season with pepper and salt, and add barbecue spices.

Step 2

Peel the onion, cut the back side with a knife, cut it lengthwise into four parts. Layer it and add to the meat along with the skinless tomatoes and tomato juice.

Step 3

Next, cover the meat with a lid and set to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 40 minutes. You can marinate pork for longer, then it will be much tastier.

Step 4

When the meat is well saturated with the marinade, start stringing the pieces onto wooden skewers, alternating between pieces of meat and onions. Leave 8 centimeters of free space on each side of the skewers.

Step 5

Roll the skewers with the skewered meat into the sleeve. Secure the edges better. Arrange in a mold so that they do not overlap, but lie in a row.

Step 6

Preheat oven to 200oC, place the kebab sleeve inside and bake for 40 minutes. The finished dish can be eaten with light salad, herbs and sauces. Boiled potatoes are perfect as a side dish.
