Butter buns are prepared in different ways. For example, they can be prepared as a roll. And what kind of roll without filling ?! As it you can take cinnamon, as well as poppy seeds, raisins, prunes, dried apricots, candied fruits and much more. You can experiment as you like. Buns with any filling will turn out delicious and aromatic.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - milk 500 ml
- - flour 1kg
- - eggs 2 pcs.
- - butter 200 g
- - sugar 150 g
- - dry yeast 11 g
- For filling:
- - sugar 100 g
- - cinnamon 2 tsp

Step 1
The milk needs to be warmed up a little to keep it warm. Dissolve dry yeast in it, add half the flour and mix well to obtain a dough. Cover it with a towel and place in a warm place. After half an hour, the dough should rise, doubling.
Step 2
Add sugar to the dough and stir it well. Then add the butter. It should be soft and slightly melted to make it easier to stir. Add eggs and remaining flour. The dough must be well kneaded, and it should not be steep or stick to your hands.
Step 3
Put the finished dough in a warm place for an hour, so that it rises again.
Step 4
Combine and mix sugar and cinnamon.
Step 5
Divide the matched dough into three parts for ease of use. We roll out each part with a thickness of no more than 3-4 mm. Sprinkle the resulting tortillas with sugar and cinnamon filling. We roll up the rolls and pinch the edges well.
Step 6
Cut the rolls into small pieces about 3 cm wide.
Step 7
We cut each piece obtained from above with a knife, but not completely.

Expand the incision.

Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the buns and let them stand for 15-20 minutes. Then we send the baking sheet to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and bake the buns for about 30 minutes.
