Instructions
Step 1
Raspberry jam
A traditional Russian recipe that requires only sugar and raspberries. Spread layers of sugar and raspberries in a cooking pot. The saucepan is removed in the refrigerator for about 10 hours. After that, the pan is put on fire, the contents are brought to a boil and cooked on a minimum heat for 20 minutes. The finished jam should cool down, after which it can be poured into the jars.
Step 2
Blackcurrant and apple jam
The apples need to be peeled and then cut into wedges. In order for the apples to give juice, they need to be covered with sugar, then add currants and finely chopped orange (you do not need to remove the peel). Bring the jam to a boil over low heat, remove the foam, remove from heat and cool, repeat the procedure. The third time after boiling, the jam does not need to be removed from the heat - it must be cooked at a minimum temperature for 10 minutes. The finished jam should cool down, after which it can be poured into jars.
Step 3
Currant jam
Rinse the berries, sprinkle on the table and dry well. Then the berries are transferred to a saucepan and boiled over low heat until boiling. As soon as the jam starts to boil, add sugar to it and stir constantly. The jam should not boil - as soon as bubbles appear rising from the bottom, the fire must be turned off. Pour the finished delicacy into dry sterile jars.
Step 4
Cherry jam
Cherry pits must be removed. The berries are covered with sugar - they should give juice. The saucepan with the jam is put on the fire, brought to a boil, the foam is removed from the jam. After boiling, you need to cook the berries for only 5 minutes over low heat. You need to pour the jam only into sterilized jars, and it is recommended to store it in a cold place.
