- - sour cream of 25% fat, condensed milk - 100 milliliters each.

Place the honey in a tall saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add baking soda, sugar, salt and water. Simmer over moderate heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. When the mixture turns a bright, dark orange color, remove the saucepan from the stove, add oil, mix, cool.
Step 2
Beat two chicken eggs into the mixture, mix well. Pour in flour, stir first with a spoon, then with your hands. You should get a not very tight dough, a little sticky at first. Cover it up, let it cool.
Step 3
Sprinkle the table with flour, lay out the cooled dough. Roll it out thinner. Bake each cake at 200 degrees for seven minutes.
Step 4
Make a sweet cream. Whisk in the cream, add the condensed milk, continue whisking, slowly pouring in the sour cream. The cream is ready.
Step 5
