Step 1
Dough preparation.
Mix 1 glass of kefir with 200 g of mayonnaise. Add 1, 5 cups flour and beat well. 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda extinguish with 1 tablespoon of vinegar and add to the dough. Mix everything thoroughly again. The dough should turn out to be liquid.
Step 2
Cooking the filling.
Chop the onions finely. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the fish fillet into 1, 5 cm pieces. Lightly fry the onions and carrots in vegetable oil, preferably in olive oil. Then add fish to the vegetables and heat everything over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste, you can add Indian curry.
Step 3
Bakery products.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs. Pour 2/3 of the batter into the baking pan and spread the filling evenly on top. After that, pour the remaining dough into the dish. Bake the cake for 20-30 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 180 ?.
