A very tasty dish that can be served as a second lunch or dinner, thereby diversifying the menu. It can also be added to any side dish.
It is necessary
- - 600 g turkey (fillet);
- - 1 zucchini;
- - 1 medium onion;
- - 2 tbsp. sour cream;
- - a little basil;
- - a little ground paprika;
- - fine sea salt to taste;
- - ground black pepper to taste;
- - vegetable oil for frying;
- - fresh dill for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the meat, for this dish we need a turkey fillet, but you can also take chicken. Cut the meat into medium cubes.
Step 2
Wash the zucchini and remove the skin, cut into small cubes. Season the zucchini with dry basil, paprika, salt and ground black pepper. Add sour cream to the zucchini and mix.
Step 3
Put a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat, heat it up. Fry the meat in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 4
Peel the onion, cut it into half rings (I cut it into quarters). Put the onion to the meat and fry until the onion is translucent. Salt and pepper a little.
Step 5
We take out any convenient baking dish, grease with a small amount of vegetable oil. Put half of the zucchini into the mold, the meat and onions on the zucchini, and the remaining zucchini on top. We cover the form with zucchini with a layer of foil, which we fix on all sides.
Step 6
Set the temperature on the oven to 180 degrees and heat it up.
Put the zucchini dish in the oven and bake for half an hour.
Step 7
After half an hour, we take out the form with zucchini, remove the foil and pierce the meat with a fork. We look at the readiness of the meat, if the fork comes in tightly when piercing, then we leave the meat to bake for another half hour, if easy, then for ten minutes.
Step 8
Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped fresh herbs. As for me, it is better to sprinkle it with fresh dill, it gives a brighter aroma. We lay out the dish on plates and serve. Decorate with fresh tomato slices if desired.
