To make a honey cake, you will need 150 grams of honey, 200 grams of low-fat sour cream, 400 grams of flour, a glass of sugar and 2 eggs. For taste, you can add a little ground cinnamon and cloves to the dough. For decoration, you can use sour cream and chocolate.

Prepare all ingredients. Mix honey, eggs, sugar in a bowl, add sour cream. Rub everything until smooth. Put cinnamon and cloves there, add soda slaked with vinegar. Some housewives add a couple of tablespoons of butter to the dough.

Add flour to the resulting liquid mixture. Mix everything - the consistency should be like liquid sour cream. It's time to preheat the oven. Turn on the fire in it and start preparing the baking pan. It should be anointed with oil, or even better - sprinkled with flour. Pour the dough into a mold, put in the oven and stand for a quarter of an hour at 180 degrees so that the dough comes up a little. After that, add heat and bake the cake in a hot (200 degrees) oven for about half an hour.

The cake must be removed from the mold while hot. It can be served without decoration - the golden top looks quite appetizing. You can sprinkle it with powdered sugar, or mix the powder and sour cream and anoint the cake on top, and sprinkle the sour cream with grated chocolate.
